This local LUNAFEST event is co-sponsored by Breast Cancer Prevention Partners, an organization working to prevent breast cancer by eliminating exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation, and the Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill in support of Girls’ Leadership Worldwide, its one-of-a-kind leadership and empowerment program for girls from across the country and around the globe.
Omega, a nonprofit educational organization will be working with 32 organizations across the spectrum of social, economic, and environmental issues, and will be awarded working retreat grants. The Women Serving Women Summit, hosted by the Omega Women’s Leadership Center, will focus on organizations that serve the needs and interests of women. The Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill is proud to be one of many great organizations receiving the Women Serving Women 2019 grant!
